Venture 1: road trip to "the river"

I chose the road trip to "the river" as my first venture around Farmville, because it's one of my personal favorites. Even though there are far more bigger and better places to go around Farmville for a lot of different reasons; this is just a special trip all around. At the beginning you're riding down River Road a fairly normal back road here in Farmville, but then out of nowhere an exuberantly beautiful countryside appears that you wouldn't even think existed only 10 minutes away from the University. When you get towards the end of the road, theres a place me and my friends like to stop where you can park your car and walk through the woods on this trail. Then when you get to the end there's a great view of the river and a tire swing. If you love taking rides with your friends, listening to music and venturing to random places you've never been before- then this might be a trip for you for you.

  1. I love taking long road trips and short ones with my close friends. Sometimes when you just need to get away it's nice to just get in the car and see where it takes you. When I was younger I had a health issue that caused my early teens to be a time of overwhelming anxiety. There wasn't much I could between doctor's appointments besides try to distract myself so my mom and I would go on "rides" around my hometown. We would sometimes drive for hours or just a few minutes. But it was during those times that I could talk freely about my fears or we could just rock out to the radio together. It helped me cope that year and I've never forgotten how good a ride in the car with no destination can be for one's mental health.
